The Arcane Scepter is a weapon used for battling in the OwO Bot. It can be equipped on a pet to improve battle outcomes, or sold for 
Cowoncy, or dismantled for 
Weapon Shards.
Obtaining[]
An arcane scepter can be obtained by opening a 
Weapon Crate or by purchasing one from the shop. There is an equal chance of finding an arcane scepter in a weapon crate as there is for any other weapon type (except 
Rune of the Forgotten and 
Rune of Celebration). You can not trade or swap weapons with other players.
Weapon Stats[]
For an arcane scepter there are three stats to consider. The 
WP cost which varies between 125-200 and which determines the number of uses a given animal of a given level will get from a given arcane scepter. The active effect which Replenishes 40-70% of your 
MAG to your ally with the lowest WP. This weapon can overreplenish up to 50% of max WP. And the passive effect (as mentioned below).
